How to allow participant to save the Chat from a Zoom meeting.

Instructions

  1. From the Campus Portal click on the Zoom icon in the quick launch pad.
  2. Select Settings from the left side menu.
  3. Select In Meeting (Basic).
  4. Scroll down to Chat.
  5. Check the box for Allow users to save chats from meeting.
  6. Choose your option:
    • Host and co-host or Everyone.
