TeamDynamix is a Service Management and Project & Portfolio Management platform. UMS began implementation of TeamDynamix in 2021.
TeamDynamix has three user interface options based on the role of the user and the task being performed. A description of each interface and instructions on how to access them are provided below.

TeamDynamix User Interfaces
All TeamDynamix interfaces use SSO for login. This means that you can login using your standard maine.edu username and password
Client Portal
- Provides view access to some shared reports
- Provides Client visibility into tickets and projects
- Hosts the knowledge base and service catalog
- Hosts landing pages for departments such as IT
How to Access
- UMS Services Portal
- Click Sign In in the upper right corner to sign in
- All active employees and students within UMS have logins to the Client Portal. Permission(s) vary by user.
TDNext or Users
- Based on individual user permissions, provides "Back End" users access to:
- Asset Management
- Ticketing - Incident, Request, Problem & Change Management
- Project & Portfolio Management
- Advanced Reporting
- Workspaces
How to Access
- Options for accessing TDNext
- Use the Waffle menu icon or the top Menu bar to open the application that you wish to work in
Admin
- Used by TDX Administrators to configure platform settings

- Direct link to Admin
- TeamDynamix Landing Page
- Select Administrators button
- Access through Client Portal
- Login to the Client Portal as described above
- Select your name in the upper right corner
- Select Admin from the drop down menu
