Resetting Chrome
- Open Chrome.
- Click the three-dotted button in the upper right of the browser.
- For Chromebooks, Linux, and Macs: Click Reset settings > Restore settings to their original defaults > Reset settings.

Refreshing Firefox
- Open Firefox.
- Click the menu button (which looks like three horizontal lines stacked on top of one another).
- Select Help > More Troubleshooting Information > Refresh Firefox.
