Remove old Canon print queues from macOS or Windows

With the roll-out of Xerox printers, users will not need their old Canon queues. For University-managed staff and faculty computers, the PaperCut Print Deploy client will take care of installing the new UMS-FindMe queue. Personally owned devices will receive their UMS-BYOD-FindMe queue through the Mobility Print client. Neither of these will remove old Canon queues, so they will need to be manually removed.
