Detailed Information
Auto-Toner Fulfilment
- The Xerox devices will be remotely monitored and toner will be sent to the address on record when the current toner life span is estimated to be 20 days or less.
- Additional toner may be ordered if there is a anticipated need, but should not necessary.
Included Supplies
- Toner (for emergencies only. Please rely on Auto shipment program for toner needs.
- Waste toner cartridges
- Drums
- Staples
- Fusers
- As part of the auto replenishment, the waster toner bottles should also be shipped automatically for the mentioned models.
How to Order Supplies (not PAPER)
Key operators should place orders for Copier supplies by emailing mps-supplies@maine.edu .
Please include the device ID from the tag on the device (ie, UMSxxxx) and the specific supplies that are needed and shipping address for confirmation purposes.
Supplies will be shipped to the address on file for the device within 2-3 business days.
INFO: This email will be sent directly to Xerox, and is not regularly monitored by USIT. If you wish to contact USIT, email help@maine.edu and be sure to include the UMSxxxx number of the device found on tag on the device.
Paper
Standard copier paper is NOT supplied by Xerox and should be ordered by Key Operators through Marketplace and WBMason. Instructions have been provided to key operators.
