Auto-Toner Fulfilment
- The Xerox devices will be remotely monitored and toner will be sent to the address on record when the current toner life span is estimated to be 15 days or less.
- Additional toner may be ordered if there is a need

How to Order Supplies
Key operators should place orders for supplies by emailing mps-supplies@maine.edu
Please include the device ID from the tag on the device (ie, UMSxxxx) and the specific supplies that are needed.
Supplies will be shipped to the address on file for the device within 2-3 business days.
Paper
Standard copier paper may be ordered by Key Operators through Marketplace and WBMason. Instructions have been provided to key operators.
