Troubleshooting

  1. Try using a different web browser and Incognito/Private browsing to see if it could be a problem with the browser.
  2. Try resetting the password for the @maine.edu account at accounts.maine.edu and test other logins before trying the EAS login again.

Workaround

The workaround for @maine.edu credentials not allowing signin is to click "Sign Me Up!" at the login page, and enter a personal email address. This can be from any email service provider, not just Gmail. After registering, you may change the personal email to your school email if desired, though it's not required.
