Searching for People in TeamDynamix (TDNext)

Within the TDNext environment, users can search for people to view basic information, ticket history, and associated assets.

Instructions

Where can I search for People and who will be included in the results?

  • People Application in TDNext
    • Will return all people with a presence in TeamDynamix 
      • Faculty, Staff, Students, POI
      • External contacts that have been added to tickets
  • People Lookup fields included on various forms within other Applications
    • Results may be limited to certain groups of users depending on the application and form design

What data can I search by?

Any of the following may be entered in the search box and will return the appropriate results:

  • First Name
  • Last Name
  • FirstName <space> LastName
  • EMail Address
  • EMPLID / PeopleSoft ID
  • Title
