Timing of Managed Print (Xerox) charges

The timing of charges for printing and copying charges.

Detailed Information 

  • Charges to Personal accounts are in real time verifying that the user has sufficient funds to cover their Personal card services account.
  • Charges to Shared accounts are currently charged weekly with the dates reflected in the JE processing. Barring any errors in the process, the Journal will be created on Monday mornings.  The GL billing range is 12:00am Monday - 11:59pm Sunday.
  • The JE Long description in the General Ledger indicates the Dates ranges in the following format:  MMDD - MMDD
    • For example:   Managed Print Xerox_1009_1015 OR Managed Print Xerox_0901_1001
