Instructions
Visit
the Google Groups homepage.
Click "Create group" in the upper left.
Set the name, domain, description, and other settings. A Settings reference can be found at
this Google webpage.
Create the group and wait a few minutes before sending email to or from it so it has time to process. Change the advanced settings if desired.
