Instructions

There are several ways to regain access to your UMS account.  We suggest you try them in the following order:

1. If you know your password but your password has expired you can change your password.
    
2. If you do not remember your password you can try to reset your password.
    
3. If you still can't access your UMS account you will need to contact us to get a new Activation Key.
