Operation
- At the top right of the keyboard is a power switch. Make sure the switch has been turned to the 'On' position.
- Make sure the keyboard is within 30' of the computer/black box.

Common Issues & Solutions
"When I type, nothing appears on the screen."
- Make sure the keyboard is turned on.
- Make sure the receiver is plugged into the computer.
- Position the keyboard closer to the receiver to check if there is interference. If something is in front of the receiver, such as a cupboard door, try removing the block to see if that improves the signal.
- Check that the batteries are in the right orientation.
- Change out the batteries. Call ITMS if you need batteries.
"When I type, the typing is slow to appear on screen."

- If the computer itself is slow, it is likely an underlying issue with the computer and not the keyboard.
