Adobe has now been purchased for me, and I’ve been notified that I can install the app, but I’m having trouble doing so. If I need installation support, who do I contact?

You can submit a request to the IT Help Desk. Your local IT office can help install the software from the respective Software Center (on IT-managed computers).

Named user apps are only to be used by the person the license is assigned to. However, a named-user subscription allows you to:

  • Sign in (activate) your account on up to two devices

If you want to sign in to (activate) Adobe apps on a third device, you’ll need to sign out of (deactivate) another device first.
