Institutionally-owned computer and device support
User Setup - New device set up for desktops, laptops, tablets, printers (including 3d printers), and mobile devices
Moves and Transfers - Assist with disconnecting and reconnecting equipment during office moves
Staff Onboarding - Ensure the appropriate computing devices and IT resources are ready and configured so new staff can be productive on the first day of employment
General Troubleshooting - Perform troubleshooting of IT  issues either remotely or in person
Standard Software or Hardware - Install and upgrade standard software or hardware
Printer Issues - Perform maintenance and troubleshooting of printer related issues
Device Procurement - Order and maintain stock of standard computing equipment and devices
Asset Management - Track the assignment and location of computing devices
