Allows a user to maintain a list of email addresses and send messages to all of them at once, accept emails from an outside source and share with members of the list. Google Groups also provides access to the lists of users for use in other Google Apps, such as Calendar and Docs. Also functions as a web-based threaded forum discussion environment. Google groups can be created by end-users without intervention by US:IT.
