Retiree Email Retention Request

Description

Use this form if you would like to keep your primary UMS email account after retiring. This option is only available to benefits-eligible retirees. If you are not eligible at the time of retirement, your account will follow the standard deactivation process, which you can review here: UMS User Account Management: Account Lifecycle.

Required Information

The following information is required when submitting this request.

  • Your expected retirement date
  • Any additional UMS email accounts (aux accounts, Google Groups)
    • What you would like to do with those accounts (delete or transfer ownership)
    • If transferring ownership, the name and UMS email address of the new owner
