Zoom : Create Recurring Meetings

How to create recurring meetings in Zoom Web Client

Instructions

  1. Go to https://maine.zoom.us/  or mycampus.maine.edu 
  2. Sign in using your UMS Credentials.
  3. (if accessed through mycampus, click the Zoom icon under the Launchpad)
  4. Select "Meetings" on the upper left navigation bar.
  5. Select "Schedule a Meeting".
  6. Enter the Topic and Description of your meetings.
  7. Select the first day of your event from the date picker along with the start time.
  8. Enter the Duration of your meetings and the Time Zone.
  9. Check off "Recurring Meeting".
  10. Select one of the following from the "Recurrence" drop down menu:​​​​​​
    • Weekly
    • Daily
    • Monthly 
    • No Fixed Time
  11. Select how often the recurrence will take place from the "Repeat every" drop down list.
  12. Fill out the "Occurs on" field.
  13. Enter the "End date".
  14. Fill out out any other details for your event before selecting "Save".
