Brightspace users attempting to view or embed Kaltura videos may receive an "Access Denied" (figure 1 below) or "Application Error" (figure 2 below) message when accessing content. These instructions will assist with the most common solution.

Instructions
- Make sure you've granted Brightspace access to your Kaltura Media Account.
- To do this, select "my media" in the "tools" menu of the navbar.

- The user may need to Authorize their account access for Kaltura, as shown here: Simply select the check box for "Do not ask me again for this application", and click continue.

- Your Kaltura "my media" should now load with a list of all your "my media" videos.
- Once you have verified that you can view your "My Media" videos you should now be able to work with embedding videos in Brightspace from Kaltura.
