Uninstall PaperCut Mobility Print

There may be cases in which the Mobility Print client may need to be uninstalled (i.e. troubleshooting, student no longer has the need to print from their personal computer to university printers); below are instructions on how to do so.

macOS

WARNING: You will need to be logged in with an account with administrative rights to uninstall the PaperCut Mobility Print Client
  1. Navigate to /Applications/
    1. right-click on PaperCut Mobility Print Client and select Move to Trash
    2. Enter the password when prompted.
  2. Open Up System Preferences, Printers and Scanners
    1. Select the Mobility Print queues that had been installed by the Mobility Print Client in the Printers list, then click the - (minus) below the Printers list to remove them.

Windows 

WARNING: You will need to be logged in with an account with administrative rights to uninstall the PaperCut Mobility Print Client
  1. Open Add or remove programs
    1. Click on the PaperCut Mobility Print Client, then click Uninstall.
    2. Click Yes when asked, "Do you want to allow this app to make changes to your device?"
  2. Open up Printers and Devices
    1. Select any printer queues installed by PaperCut Mobility Print
    2. Click to Remove
