How to Set Up Your Webex Calling Voicemail

Overview

Webex voicemail is cloud-based and managed directly through the Webex app and the Webex User Hub. You can set up your PIN, record a greeting, and choose how calls are sent to voicemail. Voicemail is not delivered to your UMS email inbox.

Access the Webex User Hub

  1. Open a web browser and go to https://user.webex.com.
  2. Sign in with your UMS username and password.
  3. In the left-side menu, select Settings.
  4. Choose Calling, then select Voicemail.

Set Up Your Voicemail

  1. Use the on-screen options to manage your voicemail settings:
    • Reset your voicemail PIN
    • Turn voicemail on or off
    • Choose when calls go to voicemail (busy, no answer, etc.)
    • Record a custom greeting
    • Manage your voicemail inbox (listen to or delete messages directly from the portal)
