Overview
Webex voicemail is stored in the cloud and accessed directly in the Webex app. You can listen to messages, view transcripts (when available), and delete messages all in one place. Voicemail is not sent to your UMS email inbox.
Check Voicemail in the Webex App
- Open the Webex app.
- In the left menu, click Voicemail.
- Select a message to:
- Play the audio
- Read the transcript (if available)
- Delete the message
- Mark as unread (optional)
Manage Voicemail Online (PIN, Greetings, Settings)
Some voicemail features are only available in the Webex User Hub:
- Go to https://user.webex.com.
- Sign in with your UMS username and password.
- Select Settings → Calling → Voicemail.
- Manage:
- Your voicemail PIN
- Greetings
- Voicemail on/off
- Call-to-voicemail options
INFO: Deleted voicemail messages sync across all Webex devices, including desktop, mobile, and web.
