You may receive an error when attempting to create a Zoom meeting through Google Calendar when using Google Chrome with the Zoom Scheduler extension if you select a sign on option other than Single Sign-On (SSO).

Instructions

(*Important* This walkthrough requires either the Zoom Scheduler Browser Add-on to be first installed for your chosen browser, or your zoom account to have the following setting to be enabled: "Automatically sync Zoom calendar events information bi-directionally between Zoom and integrated calendars". For more on this permission setting, see the bottom of the article.)

  1. Open Google Calendar.
  2. Click the Create button, or click on the day and time you want to set a meeting.

  5. When prompted to log in, select Sign in with SSO at the bottom of the sign in prompt.
    1. IMPORTANT: Do NOT select any other sign in option; only the SSO option will work.
