Managed Print Department costs for UMA Campus Xerox printing and copying.

Effective August 7th, 2024 the UMA Campus Business Office will centralize all printing costs to simplify the budgeting and management of Xerox billing. To facilitate this transition, you will notice a change in the “Charge to Shared account” selection when printing.
Moving forward, there will be a new account made available for all Active Faculty, Staff, and Student Employees to use for expense allocation:
UMS01\UMA Campus printing (1000155-00-60603-xxxxxxx)
All UMA HR related choices will be removed during the day.
- While most users will see only one choice, a few staff will maintain some existing choices based on their roles, particularly concerning grants and contracts.
- Please work with your financial manager to process a correction where necessary.
