Change Your Audio Settings
- In the Webex desktop app, click Settings (bottom left, above Help).
- Select the Audio tab.
- Under Speaker and Microphone, choose your preferred devices:
- For wired headsets, select your USB or 3.5mm headset from the list.
- For Bluetooth, make sure it’s paired and connected before opening Webex, then select it here.
- Click Test next to the speaker option to check sound.
- Speak into your mic to confirm the input level bar moves — that means it’s working.
INFO: If you plug in or connect a new headset after opening Webex, the app might not switch automatically. Revisit Settings → Audio and select it manually.
