Request creation of a Sponsored Shared Printing Account for Non-Employees

Request creation of a Shared Account in Papercut for charging printing/copying costs for Non-Employees only.  Employees are limited to the use of the accounts that are automatically assigned to them based on the accounts they are paid from. 

INFO: This form is not necessary for UM or UMA accounts, as these campuses have been converted to use Campus printing accounts for all printing. If the individual does not have access to the campus account please submit a ticket to IT including the email address, their affiliation with the university, and the reason for their printing.  IT Support Services teams have the ability to grant access overnight.
