I had to change my UMS password. Now, when I attempt to login, I am getting "Your two-factor account is disabled. Contact an administrator for assistance."

Solution

This is likely caused by changing your password after it had expired.

  1. Log in to the MFA manager utility with your new password.  This should fix the issue.
  2. If this does not address the issue, contact the IT Help Desk for additional assistance.
