Pay for Print Shared Accounts

Shared Accounts are accounts in PaperCut that charge back to department accounts and GL Chartfields. When printing from a University-managed computer, users with access to shared accounts can select the Shared Account before sending the print job to the printer by selecting it in the PaperCut Client. Some students may also have access to a Shared Account for sponsored printing (for example a Campus group they are in may fund printing that is for the Campus group's work). Students and others printing from a non-University-managed device that have access to a Shared Account for charging can select that Shared Account by editing the job details at the printer and selecting the Shared Account as the account to charge before the final release and print of the job.
